Zeta was way more than I thought it would be. My brother in atlanta got 60 mph winds! Southern miss is rough. It's strange though certain sections not too bad then drive a few more miles and carnage.

Well...we gonna have some work this weekend. Houseboat came off its moorings at the camp. One spud pole broken and the other bent. Currently sitting near the end of the canal in the shallows with the tide falling. My brother and cousin attempted to winch/pull it into the deep, this afternoon. No luck. They said we got a lot of work to do.

Zeta was a lot more than what I anticipated. The storm surge here on Dauphin Island was ridiculous. If it wasn’t upstairs or tied off well, it was gone! I lost 2 dock boxes, a lot of tackle, a Yamaha 2kw generator, and the jury’s still out on the golf cart. I’ve got to stop underestimating these damn storms!

it was much stronger than i thought it was going to be even up in mobile, i didnt think it would hold a cat 1 all the way though mobile county after coming all the way through LA and MS
