Does anyone know for sure if Billie Goat Hole or Little Billie Goat Hole is open? I want to get my boat out of dry storage before the next storm gets here, but would need to take it out at one of these ramps. Long drive for nothing if they are closed.

The weekend before last Little Billy Goat was open but Billy Goat was closed because of damage to the piers between the ramps.

Little BGH is definitely open. We launched there last Thursday. BGH was still shut down.

Do they have any idea where this storm is going to hit? I'm trying to decide whether to make the trip down to move my boat and camper

It was all over FB yesterday that Mayor Jeff Collier announced, "Billy Goat Hole Boat Ramps are now open!"

They have proven that they do not know where a storm will hit. My boat made it through Sally in the dry storage but was several days before I could find out anything for sure. I don't think I will chance it this time. Last I saw we are within the cone, if that really matters. Good to hear that BGH ramps are open. Thanks for the info!!

Thought about getting 3 friends and myself with 4 sets of new bolt cutters and, 5432-1 CUT and drop the whole shootin match in the water... Boat floats...Go fishin and put it on the trailer...

Is electricity the only issue with the lift? Why not just connect it to a generator?

I may be coming down sometime in the next couple days and can you a generator to borrow if you need one
