Default Pensacola/Orange Beach Captain/Deckhand to bring on ownboat?

My boss has a place there and is about 10-15 trips into his offshore experience. He's into it big time and just got a new 37 Grady, trip 425's. He needs some help running the boat and keeping up with the inexperienced fisherman when he's entertaining a group. He's got a guy that he'll often take in these scenarios, but he is not always available. Any suggestions of quality guy to help out in that situation? Looking for this weekend. Doesn't have to be a captain, just someone who knows the area, how to run a boat and a trip. Pays pretty well.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If it pays and they are going to be running the boat they are going to need to be a licensed and insured captain...

Evan Bailey runs charters on your boat. He is in Orange Beach.

You need to clarify if he is looking for a licensed captain or a deck hand. Big difference.

Is he going snapper fishing or bill fishing and is he looking for someone to run the boat or the cockpit? Water is dookie out to like 100 miles right now so unless he wants to overnight, probably isnt worth it.

Snapper/Grouper. Thanks THT - I believe set up for this time, hopefully a long term deal.
