Default May 23-27 Port A/ Corpus condo & slip

Looking to get down to Corpus or Aransas to fish offshore. Trailering down a 28’ Cat so trailer parking and a wide enough slip are a must. 2BR/2BA desired but will do with 2BR/1BA. Any leads would be appreciated.

Not real sure of to many place that have water slips in the Port A, Aransas Pass area but you can check with a rental company called The Rental Management Company 1-361-949-9050 The manage alot of places in North Parde that have water access and you can leave out of Packery Channel. There is fuel and bait there that is easy to get to.

Look into using AirBNB or VRBO to rent a house on the island with a dock.

I have before but can’t stand paying the random bullshit fees I find on there nowadays. Just took a trip to FL and paid $400 less for the same condo by booking outside of VRBO.

People want what they want per week, so they supercharge the VRBO fees to cover their costs.

Don't know if your dates are firm, but snapper season opens June 1.

Its hard to find weekly rentals with docks on the island, but if you do you may be able to store your trailer over in flower bluff at the boat stop. Just make be careful where you leave your trailer they tend to disappear. Let me know if I can help you live on the island....Rob

Last I heard most of the condos in Port A are still getting repaired from Harvey. VRBO house on north padre is probably your best bet.

I agree with keeping it at the PA Muni marina. EZ access to inshore/offshore. Be aware that Woody’s is the only fuel dock as of last month and it can be a parking lot most of the time. Mid week is your best bet to launch/full up.

Ended up not heading to the coast due to bad offshore conditions. As much as I want to fish, not trying to turn our adventure into a CG rescue and case study in stupidity.
