Default Good customer service

I am happy with the service I got from GetFeetWet. Their technical difficulties caused me concern but they have been informative and helpful.

Original Post:
I placed an order through their website, before business hours, on May 16. I got an automated receipt. I have been unable to contact anyone at the company to check the status of my order. Their phones ring to voice mail, I left a message yesterday. I sent an email this morning. Their support chat is broken. No responses. Did they go out of business?

We do apologize - we are in the process migrating to a new telecom system to better serve clients. The phone system will be erratic in this week and next week as line are actually migrated to the new in-house phone system. eMails will work best during this period. If you provide the order number, I will be happy to give you an updated status.

If you created an account before you place the order, you can also see status by loggoing in to you account.

I did not create an account prior to ordering. My telephone information listed in Paypal is missing or outdated. The email I used when I placed the order is the best form of contact. I did create an account with the same email address after ordering. Order #7267876.
