Crabber stopped by in the boat Saturday and gave the wife 32 stone crab claws and 20 large blue crabs. Ate the claws and made stew with the blues.

Stone crab claws are to be prepared quickly I've heard. Not sure where to order them.

Did the meat come out she’ll after being frozen? We always keep ours in Creek water until we cook them later that day (when we catch in traps)

You don't have to thaw them. Shipping would be overnight not USPS.

Probably, as long as he's bringing them.

We did it with the place that was there before Krewe. Krewe should be able to do it no problem.

Stone crab claws can be frozen raw and cooked later. And no they don’t stick if you cook them correctly. We boil them in Zatarains crab boil liquid seasoning and salt for 9 minutes. Come out perfect everytime. My uncle used to catch them and freeze them to give to my mom when he had about 1/2 - 48qt. ice chest.

I just ordered from them earlier today. Will post feedback on tuesday. I am very picky about my claws after running my own traps for a long time.

Many online retailers. Rbhankins probably has a connection given his ties to Alaska.

Stone crab claws sold commercially MUST be cooked. Not ever sold green!
