Default Bought a small gridle/flat grill today

the big 36" I thought would be too much, so trying this one out. Lowes $99.

Be sure to buy some cleaning stuff.
I have one of these and got my griddle cleaning stuff from Central Restaurant Supply. Basically high temp scrubbies and a handle...

Almost like a cast iron pan....
