I buy his AP and BBQ rub by the 5lb bag, lol. You need to try his sweet fire pickles. I like his vinegar sauce as well....

A little eggs Patrick for Father’s Day. Thin cut sirloins over toasted English muffins, poached eggs and a little hacked bernaise sauce with pernot since I didn’t have tarragon

I meant to post pics of my shrimp burgers today but got in too big of a hurry to eat them! Let’s just say they turned out awesome! Maybe I will think to post one of a leftover tomorrow...

Cooked for 5 hrs at 240 degrees. Was my best effort at ribs.

Looking great! I have the same one and love it. Still learning the pellet method. Beer can chicken and smoked ribeyes have been amazing on it. Some other things have cooked much faster than expected though.
