The thick paper plates are great. I only use my dining room table a couple times a month.

My birtgday gift from my wife, Homemade key lime pie. First time she tried to make one. Used the Nellie and Joe's recipe and made the crust from scratch too. Came out fantastic! !!

Not sure if lowly “grits” have been showcased....much less, refrigerated left over grits....

I've run 60 lbs of pellets through my new smoker over the last week. I've had to change my cooking style since I'm used to hot n fast. I've burned a few things but most turned out great.

Baby back ribs

Meatloaf that didn't look too good but tasted great

Brisket flat that got cubed up for chili

ABTs

What kind of pellet smoker? I have one on the way. Look forward to learning how to use it.
