Made a red bean, chorizo and collards "jambalaya" - I say that in quotes because it's not authentic but we're just trying to go through stuff in the fridge. Took about 12 min in the instant pot.

Still cleaning stuff out out of the fridge and freezer. Basil chicken, chicken pot stickers and spicy cucumber salad.

I had one of the Chargriller Akorn that finally rusted out on the bottom. Been wanting ceramic but haven’t due to cost. Almost bought another Akorn but held off thinking I’d try to find a used ceramic one. Lucky me, a few weeks later picked up this Vision for $275 new in the box, never opened off Facebook.

Well, have to break it right of course. Ribs get added midday

I am about a week into a no fun diet restricting carbs, calories and fats.

If you’ve ever wondered if anything you’ve ever posted on the internet has hurt anyone, wonder no more, you killed me today.

PS: Hopefully the good humored sarcasm came through but just in case you missed it I don’t wanna get flamed as a “snowflake”. As the owner of a big ceramic cooker (costco fake egg) with a pizza stone and a maker of homemade sausage that would go perfectly on that zza, believe me I get it. I like my Negar Modelo poured up in a frosted one of these along with a slice of lima......

I got the scarcasm, no snowflake here. No lime in my beers, either. Save them for margaritas...

I make dough the same way. That za looks good. I've only tried pizza on the egg a few times and I've had different results each time.
