Default Non-smoked fish dip?

I have a ton of mahi and want to make some dip for a party tonight, but don't have a smoker at hand. You guys have any recipes for non-smoked fish dip?

fish cooked then chilled. this is for 20 oz of fish. do the math for more or less. (usually i use half steamed fish and half smoked but I've done it plenty of times will no smoked fish.)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tbs fresh chopped parsley
1 tea spn frsh tarragon or to taste
7 tbs butter softened
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbs dijon
1tbs frsh lemon juice
1/2 tbs blck pepper
i add capers to taste as well

mix everything but fish and capers. when done add fish and capers and mix lightly
serve with butter garlic sliced baguette or sourdough sliced thin if you want. or any cracker

i usually use salmon because it's easy to get.. but it works with all fish. trust me the guests keep going back for more and is always the first thing gone.

without smoked fish you may need to add a little more of the herbs and spices to get it to pop
sometimes i add cream cheese to the salmon version. my kids like it more when i do it that way

Go buy a cheap electric smoker at Home Depot. It's worth it!
