Default How do you like your buffalo wings?

I made buffalo wings for dinner.

I do the Hooters style wings, you toss them in flour and let them sit in the flour for at least an hour in the fridge. Then deep fry for 12 minutes in 375* oil.

I made some teriyaki sauce for mine. Teriyaki + brown sugar + ketchup + a squirt of sriracha.

I like the breaded style because they soak up more of the sauce.

I like them both ways. I just feel like the breading has more flavor delivery.

On the grill, dry rub and tossed in the sauce after it's cooked.

Not a fan of the traditional buffalo sauce. I like Teriyaki or spicy garlic sauce. There is a small chain near me called ButterBees that has awesome spicy garlic sauce for their wings.

Usually naked, always bone in, and traditional buffalo sauce. Well done too. Rubbery wings are gross. When I'm on keto I eat wings almost every day.

And yeah "boneless wings" are just chicken nuggets. It's breast meat, not even wing. Nice marketing gimmick. I resent even having to ask for bone in wings.

Deep fry in peanut oil for 7 minutes, no breader. Toss in a mixture of sriracha and Frank's wing sauce. Drop back in the oil for 2 or 3 more minutes. Pull them out and toss them again. Serve. Pretty damn good.

Okay, hot oil, drop NAKED WINGS in and fry until crispy (must be crispy). Meanwhile in a saucepan, put a stick of butter and a bottle of how sauce in like Franks, Crystal, or another favorite hot sauce. Add more to get the heat you prefer. Add a little mustard powder, garlic powder or whatever else you like for flavor. Get it hot and mixed, but not boiling. Drain thise wings on paper towels, then give them a bath in the saucepan and remove. Eat with blue cheese, celery is optional. Now you are eating real Buffalo Wings! BTW, I am from Buffalo and in Buffalo we just call them “wings”.

Not a Buffalo wing but I do an Asian style. Marinated and naked. Put on the BGE. Sauce goes on the last 10-15 minutes.
