Default Pork belly

Our local bj’s had pork bellies for the first time. Never seen one before so I bought one. How do you guy’s cook one?

I'll be trying those belly burnt ends soon.

I made some pork belly recently. It was like 1/2" thick bacon, so that's how I cooked it. Added a little BBQ sauce at the end. It's way too fatty unless you really cook it for a long time.

cure it with Morton's tender quick then smoke it, cold or hot,i prefer cold smoking it

. mmmmm bacon!

I prefer my bacon on the crispy side. Takes a long while to get belly there.

Just cured a belly this past week. Smoked it today and sliced it. Fried up a few pieces just a few minutes ago!
