Default Cooking Bison

My wife just watched a TV show where one of the guys lost 1 pound a day by eating Moose meat, very lean, almost no fat.

Now she wants to buy Bison steaks as a means of loosing weight, I told her how dry it will be being it's too lean, she won't listen, so....
How do I cook it so it will have some juice to it, a brine, cook it on the rare side, I really have no idea.

Thanks in advance.

She watched Alone. That was really the only thing he was eating. I would Sous Vide it.

I’m not sure that diet plan is going to be real effective but let us know.

I knew a guy years ago that raised bison in Louden County, VA. He always said to cook it like beef but for less time. I tried it a few times and decided I could buy top quality beef for the same price and actually enjoy it.

Sous vide works well. I also used to poach well seasoned venison in some beer and it was very good. Do not overcook.
