X2 on this great advice. I have had more than a dozen boats over the years, and a survey really saved me 2 boats ago. It was exactly what I wanted and a decent price, but the survey found several ssues that I would not have discovered and repairs were estimated at over $4k, and the seller would not adjust. Survey was very well worth the $ as insurance.

Pretty sure I fished in one of these in NC around 2010, it had an inch of water in back 1/4 of deck every minute we were stationary or slowly moving with trolling motor. The noise of the scuppers/drains sucking air every wave/swell about drove me insane. Beautiful boat but damn..
