It's a pretty decent time of year to catch some Mahi & Blackfin and you don't need a guide for that, just run out to the 408 Hump and the East Hump. Usually you can find some birds working there. You can also go fishing with the TwoConch guys and have them help you find the fish.

Pinder X 2. Get him for a day or two to show you what, where and how to fish for what you want. He has numbers and teaches you what to do. Save time and gas by hiring him ,then put it to work on your own. Get the most out of your time and vacation. Plenty of folks waste their time running all over the ocean looking for mahi and tuna ,then say that fishin sucks. Go with him and have a great day. Also you should use the 33 th street boat ramp for your boat, south end or island at school and lite. Good luck. Tell us all about it ,and let me know if I was right .
