I used to keep my boat at Rickenbacker Marina at the dry stack on Key Biscayne several years ago. It was easy for me to get in. I also could have easily gotten in at Miami Beach Marina, but that cost a ton of money.

There's a huge dry stack at Haulover. Are they also backlogged?

$25-$30 a foot plus taxes. Marine stadium is one of the cheapest at $21 a ft for uncovered plus taxes. But you canít use your boat for about three months because of the boat show and Ultra Music Festival.

so far rickenbacker has no space and is $32 per ft, blackpoint has space but is $29 ft on 12 month contract, Grove key has a waitlist of 190 boats even after the completion of their new stacks. I was trying to stay around $700 mph but looks like it will be impossible unless itís a wet slip.

700mph sounds fast! Not very much out there in Miami. The keys is under $20 a ft and you get better service.

North Beach marina was the p place I was going to use before going with a wet slip more south. I remember it being much more reasonable as compared to marine stadium and black point

Not sure what NMB was or is but Marine stadium was only $17.50 a foot up until last month. They increased it to $21 February 1st for uncovered.

Ya, wow that’s nuts. Pretty much doubles the boat payment. Reminds me every day that they aren’t making any more waterfront. With absurd numbers moving to FL every day it’s only going to get worse.

Have you called or checked Keystone Marina in N. Miami. Ive had my boats there since 2012. Great place and the cheapest around, even with their recent price increase.

what size boat btw?

Call 400 Sunny Isles Marine in Haulover.

I believe they are at $27/ft, but if you can get a contract with a dry dock owner, you may get it cheaper. I had it for $20/ft, this is my last month, moving to a wetslip south. With the marina being attached to the condo, you have to go through condo association application with background checks and the likes.

PM for info

Snake creek $14/foot dry storage for 6 month contract. Iím in south miami and considering that. Better area to boat in and drive isnít really that bad. $900 a month for storage is insane.
