Default Boat rewire recommendations

I have a 2007 216 cobia. Looking to do a total rewire. I have Garmin stuff that I’d like to keep, maybe add an auto pilot and radar, maybe try a thru Hull transducer, flush mount my 1040xs.
All new lights- courtesy, spreader, under water
new Stereo system
move batteries from stern to inside center console
new switch board.

I live right down the road from the guy that runs crescent beach mobile marine in st Augustine, I’ve seen some of his work and it looks good, I don’t know about prices.

Any recommendations for someone to do the work in north east Florida area?
