Default Job Opportunities - Palm Beach Area

Anyone have a good recruiter and could pass along a resume for work in the Palm Beach County/Stuart area?

Majority of work history has been sales/management/development.

Sale/Management/Development means absolutely nothing if you are not more specific. Sales in what industry and product specifically? Same goes for management and development? All good recruiters specialize and they will not spend any time talking to someone who has been a 'jack-of-all-trades'. I am not trying to burst your bubble but I have worked with recruiters and been in the HR industry for over 20 years and that is how they work. The last thing they want to hear is a guy say, 'Sales is sales and I can sell anything'.

A few other things to consider.
  • No recruiter will work with you if you have jumped back and forth in industries - they get paid for introducing candidates who have a track record in a specific industry.
  • No recruiter will work with you if you have gaps, no matter the reason, in your resume. Example; I took two years off to go sailing, to finish my house, etc.
  • No recruiter will work with you if you are a job hopper.
Now there are always exceptions to the rule but they are very very few. Now none of this means you are a bad candidate, you may just not be a candidate who a recruiter wants to spend time with as they work strictly commission and it is a very hard business so they are very selective. Feel free to send me a PM and I will be happy to look over your resume and perhaps give you some direction.
Good luck to you.

I understand more specifics are needed. The point of this post was to hopefully connect with someone to share those specifics and hopefully get a resume to them. I appreciate your input. PM Sent.
