Default Dock/Lift Company in St. Pete

Bout to make the move to the water, any good recommendations for dock/lift companies in Pinellas? The lift is in good shape but I might want to replace the bunks with 23° bunks cut to my deadrise and some new support brackets. I googled a bit but I always welcome THT recommendations.

Thanks in advance.

Try Speeler Marine. For a lift, there’s only one: Deco Lift ( in Safety Harbor).

x2 on Speeler. Know him and his work. He won't be the cheapest but the job will be done right.

Given what the OP stated his needs are: replacing bunks and brackets, etc.....minor stuff, I would call this guy: Our products - Pelican Lift Service, Inc.

Thanks for your attention. Do you have personal experience with him?

Yes. When I was putting an offer in on my house, I had him come by and inspect the lift to give us a unbiased 3rd party opinion on everything. He wouldnt take any money.

Once we bought the house I had him come and put in new cables

Very nice. I may ask him to do the same before closing on the new house. Lift motors and cables look and sound good to me, but I just don't care for the bunk setup. I got spoiled with the giant bunks on my Owens trailer that are perfectly conformed to my hull!

Thanks again.

I just used Priority Marine. I loved them! Jason Rogers [email protected]

They came when they said, did solid quality work, and were there on their own dime to make adjustments when I showed up with the new boat. No flies on Speeler either but Priority was spot on.

Very happy with Priority Marine. I got multiple quotes, they had the best price and specified the best materials. I also dealt with Jason and he was a lot easier to get in touch with than the others I dealt with.

X 2

We've used Mark for the last 10 years for all different types of lift needs. He is a friendly, great all-around guy that is extremely knowledgeable and fair. I definitely recommend giving Pelican Lifts a call for what you're looking for.
