Fished 12/23, small flurry of sailfish activity in 240' off the Juno Pier but that was about all there was. East wind 12 to 14, 2-3 ft. seas, water temp between 76 and 77.

Also fished 12/23 out of Boynton. Released a sailfish and a kingfish (15-20lbs). Had another sail toy with a kite bait but wouldn’t commit. All action from 140-195

12/23 Jupiter Inlet did one tank on the shallow ledge and grabbed 5 nice lobster. Fished the backside and got a few porgies and triggers.

Fished 12/24 right outside Jupiter inlet.
@180’ sailfish On live blue runner.
Just south of the inlet in 100’ we got a keeper Mahi at about 36”
The rest were small sharks between 60’- 90’

Great day for the family and the first ever hookup for y son on a Sailfish.

Late post. Fished jup 12/21. Very little current, flat seas. Few snapper off juno. Got on the bump troll on the way back to the inlet, and found a nice pack of kings right out front. Caught 3 smokers.

Went with a friend Saturday morning on his boat. Took the trip from Palm beach Inlet up to Pecks Lake about a 40 minute ride. I've never fished there before but have been hearing about the incredible Spanish mackerel fishing there for years.

It was great. Between five of us we caught over 50 fish between 3-5 lbs, with some nice bluefish mixed in, in less than four hours. This is light tackle fishing at it's best. We chummed with small amounts of frozen glass minnows and we were casting bucktails and smaller Clark spoons.

I was told the fishing lasts until about March and it was definitely worth doing.

Report for this weekend and next week look grim.

Yes weather looks bad,,couple of good anglers went out Wed and managed only 1 sail which
upon revival & release was pounced on by a half dozen bull sharks.
Got to tow them a bit deeper for release right now as it seems the suits are overly hungry.
Hoping a couple cold snaps north of us help soon.

I'll be out of Boynton Sat and Sun... 9-10 second period should be just swells. Hope the bite improves.

Nice job! Did you fish north or south? We were south flying kites and didn’t get a sniff. Pretty freaky this am with the fog. At times we couldn’t see our kite baits it was so foggy.

Started just south off the the blacktops and bumped north. Found a nice patch of water in 140 between ritz and pier and got all three bites there.

Fished out of boynton the last few days. Been getting a couple shots at sails per trip mostly around 130' on gogs and mullet. Seas have been calmer than forecasted and Im hoping that continues into this week, though it looks grim. We've also been nabbing small kings and really small bonita inside 70'. We've been setting up just north of the inlet and bump trolling to the breakers.
