Default East Coast FL bottom fishing styles

Which style do you guys have better success?
Fish Finder
Drop Rig
Knocker Rig

Last time out I used fish finder but the bait keeps getting wrapped around the main line.

Do you have better success with the chicken rig?

Fish finder rig with long leader , pause a few times on way down to let it sort it self out . If you let it go down to fast you will get wrapped . If using whole dead bait cut the tail off to keep it from spinning .

I have just started using a knocker rig for Snapper , works pretty good so far as I can cast it a lot farther with a spinning rod .
