If you are in Atlanta and looking for something to do you can check out a Braves game for free (with FL, SC or NC license). Don't forget you need to pay for parking online before you go to the game. There is no pay on site parking at the games.

I have 2 acres of fenced storage in Chattanooga right of I-24 if anybody needs to leave their boat here.

Great gesture and karma. I was lucky to get a haul out in south Florida and now relocated to Orlando and hopefully my home isn't damaged severely.

Are you sure about the parking? My gf is supposed to go on Sunday and when she tried to get parking tickets, they told her she would have to wait and buy them when we got there.

Do I need to pre-purchase parking for Braves games at SunTrust Park?
Yes! If you plan on driving, the Braves strongly recommend purchasing parking before leaving for SunTrust Park. You can purchase parking at braves.com/parking. Note that on select games, parking is only available via pre-purchase, so plan ahead and buy your parking before you leave for the game.

If we go I guess we can try uber!!

You guys offering help are awesome. This place shows it's try character in times like this. I've received several PM's offering me a place to stay if I decide to leave Orlando. I've decided to stay at this point.

Ga Tech Football game is free tomorrow.
Kennesaw St football game is free.
Braves are free all weekend.

Just show your FL, GA (Coastal Counties) or SC drivers license at the ticket window.

You can pay for Braves parking with a CC as you pull in. It is easier to do it in advance, but not impossible if you decide to go at the last minute.

Weather should be fine here through Sun night. It is, however, going to go downhill on Monday.

FYI - on Lake Lanier both Holiday Marina and Port Royal sent out emails to tenants asking all to check lines, fenders, bimini tops, furniture, etc.

I do not recall that ever happening in advance of a storm before. Probably the marinas doing a little CYA.

Unfortunately, they won't send you anything. She called the braves who passed her off again to ticket master who won't send her anything , not even an email. Just said to give our names when we get there. Is that legit? I don't want to drive 500 miles on the word of a customer service rep.

I asked for an email or our money back and they won't do ether so...

Thinking of parking at the hotel..use uber and then do a charge back against ticket master since they refuse to give any kind of proof of purchase other than the word of the customer service rep.

Not sure I understand. When you buy parking ticket select electronic delivery. I'm at the game right now. Both my parking and game tickets were barcodes on my phone. You need this in order to park. No way to park without paper or electronic ticket. Call ticketmaster and have them send it or figure out how to login to your ticketmaster account.

Not sure why they are making this so hard, but after calling again last night, they finally agreed to send the email.

But the email only has a confirm code , no bar code. She is on the phone with them now, so hopeful they will get this fixed by tonight.

Great of you to offer help, But keep in mind that they are now talking like Atlanta may experience a large scale power outages. it may be fake news or maybe not. I am watching weather channel.

I offered a car and jerry can of gas to a livable family in Marathon to get out of harms way. They declined and are sheltering at school.

I am out of town praying that I can get back to my home soon.

Just got home from South Bend watching the Dawgs play and it seems the storm has passed.....my house/shop/apt all have power, if anyone needs a place to crash b/c you're kicked out of your hotel or are passing through while traveling back to FL, feel free to send me a PM. I'm in Jefferson, GA about a mile off I-85 and have room for a large family or 2 families of 4 in our apartment and extra bedrooms. If you are towing a camper and/or boat and don't want to take it back right now, you're also welcome to stow it here until you can come get it.
