Awesome! Can't wait for summer to get here!

Too early to fish for buddy boats for our first crossing?
June 3 from Harbour Towne (maybe West Palm) to West End / Treasure Cay. Up to 35mph on Monterey 302.
It's on this site's calendar.

Very good thanks OTK, and you?

Busy with work and travelling so not fished in a few weeks. If it kicks up a bit might try out front of P.E. tomorrow.

I should have gone yesterday - it was gorgeous out today. It would have been an easy ride home. And the fishing on this side was lousy! I have 60 more days to get my return trip in - shouldn't be an issue!

Crossed Weds and back yesterday. Seas were calm so we ran 55-60 both ways. Back next week for 2 days as the window looks good.

BTW; stayed at Seacrest for the very first time, it was OK. If you drop anything in the water near the docks, do not go in after it. Very BIG and nasty bull sharks (4-16) that are extremely aggressive. BGC was packed in the upstairs bar. Lots of newbies doing HS to the south, need to be heads up all the time.

I have spent a lot of time in the water around seacrest. Of course never while they are cleaning fish. I agree the hotel is just OK, but you really cant beat the price, and i always feel safe with Michael looking after my boat.

Pumped to make my first crossing this year!

One trip already planned to Grand Cay for a week in late July, but looking to make a Bimini trip or two before that.

Will start looking for buddy boats as the summer gets closer.
