Went out yesterday, pretty snotty in the morning and water was dirty. Dialed in the HS gear and pulled some lures around the ledge but no luck. Ride in was nice laid down about 1.

Looking like the beginning of Friday may be OK but will likely be getting pretty sporty in the afternoon.

Windfinder has things looking stable. Hopefully not lying to me again. Don't like anything out of the North but I'll take what I can get this time of the year lol

That's close to what it called for last Sunday and it was sporty out there. Made it 4 miles out and wife said go back! The wind was howling! through the rods!

Intellacast has been my primary go to for wind as they don’t forecast more then a couple of days out. If they show sporty..... sporty it will be. So far it looks doable.

Yesterday it looked like todays forecast was going to be pretty much the same as tomorrows. But I just peaked at the ocean up in Ormond and it was nothing but white caps. Wind also feels quite a bit higher than projected. Im praying tomorrows forecast is not like how today actually turned out. I really thought it was going to be a great day but idk what I was really thinking as its Jan.

Edit 5:30pm

Looks like the sheep went to bed. Hopefully they don't wake up in the AM.

That is a good question because as of today it no longer exist and was replaced by weather underground which in my opinion sucks.

Windfinder has a windmap. I checked out Intellacast the other night. Sucks WU replaced it. I absolutely loved "Storm Radar" app but it went to complete shit once Weather Channel bought it up.

Changed plans up a bit. Friend took home a new Sea Pro 219 yesterday and he wanted to go give it the rundown. We ended up staying inside 15 at the artificials. RS and lanes. One really big lane. No tape on the boat but hes going to verify when he gets home.

Sidenote - his new suzuki ran like ASS. We are guessing bad fuel from sitting on the lot for a year. For his sake and the dealers I hope thats all it is. You couldn't hold a set RPM for more than 40 seconds without it surging way up or way down. This is why we stayed inside lol

All in all it was still a good day out and about with a buddy on his new boat

And guess who doesn't have a boat to scrub ? THIS GUY

Update 1/19/19 : Buddy went back out today, boat ran great. Took 5 bottles of fuel additive so water in gas from sitting on the lot for a year was the issue. RS, short cobias, and kings breaking them off. Also said there was a bunch of Sporties trolling the kings like crazy.

Myself : I am not quite sure how the money / gift card thing works at this moment. Im hearing that they are only allowed to accept a max amount which may be 50.00 per person. But product donations are a great start. I will post back with more info once I gain access to it.

Update 1/22/19 :
