Hah! Yep, that was us. Saw something big floating while running between bottom spots along the 21 fathom ridge, and thought for sure we were hitting the jackpot. Pitched out some buck tails and gulp shrimp in hopes of mahi or triple tail. Absolutely nothing on it.

I tried to hail you guys on 68 to see if you were having any luck on the troll. Beautiful boat you all have there.

I forgot to wipe the lens of the GoPro clean, but here's an idea of the conditions out there 30 miles or so in the afternoon.
Perfect!

Anyone thinking about heading out tomorrow? NOAA is calling for 3-4 ft seas, but I live right near the beach, and its about 1-3 today nearshore. Thinking might be a decent enough window tomorrow.

I was off New Symrna today and would guess it was 2-3 (nice day), which was consistent with the forecast.

Does anyone have a hot-spot map or digital vendor they recommend for purchasing a good starter list of numbers?

Tim Carlyle has put together an awesome list of sites and images, and the numbers are spot-on. Well worth the price: http://www.land-and-sea-surveying.co...0&%20Data.html
