Check with Doug at Blue Action Tackle. He is a vendor on this site and will make wind on top shots any length you want. Best quality materials and workmanship at a fraction of what you pay at tackle shops. I get all my deep drop rigs and sword wind ons from him as well.

Found a nice weedline at 420 feet Saturday. Looked a lot fishier than it was but did manage to put my son on a nice bull. The fishing was a little slow but we had a great day out there.

We were going to fish the cfoa tournament sat but when the forecast started looking really good, and inside the stream fishing being pretty slow, we decided to go to the otherside. Turned out to be the right call, had a great day! 7 yellowfin, 1 black fin, 4 nice dolphin, was done fishing by 1 and headed home

HeadHunter13 yeah the stream was super wide down there, I usually run to the south, but went north out of the port to get to the edge which was 85 miles, if I went east or SE it was 130 😳 so I could imagine what it was out of sebastian. Congratulations on the hardwear at the party! We were there also we got 1st place wahoo

Those two guys (father and son) have been screwing people from south Florida to,the Panhandle sor the last 20 odd years. They onl move on when the word gets out, and they can’t get any business. We need to get this out to,everyone one we know involved in any kind of boating. I’ve had personal experience with them, so unfortunately I know what pos they are. Check the thread on this s cation.

We made it out a couple days this weekend. First serious trip in the new to us boat and we put 10 dolphin in the box Saturday. We were mainly trolling in the 180-250’ depth range. Went back out Sunday and had a slower day but still caught fish. No weeds around us at all on Saturday and the fish wouldn’t touch anything but chin weighted ballyhoo. We struggled to get away from the weeds on Sunday and the fish had to have something with flash on it. On the run in we were boarded by FWC both days well offshore.

Nice weed line in 140ft of water. Had 12 strikes. Brought 4 home. Saw a few big Mahi’s but they didn’t want to bite. Lots of life on that line. Worked it for 4 hrs with consistent action. Too much fun.

I'm in for tomorrow with family. Limited sea-time this year, so praying we run over the top of a big one - who's hungry

How did everyone do yesterday in the FSFA tourney or in general?

It was a tough day for our crew. 1 king, 1 mahi, and lots of misses. Went through 2 1/2 packs of hoo and only boated 2 fish. The weeds were so thick (out to 300') it was either constantly clear or rig weedless and deal with misses - neither was productive for us. I should have had a Plan B and hit some bottom spots, but not there yet (something to work on).

Best part of the day was a quick/smooth auto-pilot cruise in
