Has anyone else heard about this? Thoughts?

I know most people on here fish offshore but for those who fish inshore, what is your opinion on increasing the length limit?

It's 15" in fl. I wouldn't think the filets would be that big on 13" trout. How many can you keep per person?

It has been a good thing in Florida. I remember when it was 12" here, then 14", and now 15.
