Default Bridge Clearances Key Largo to Marathon?

My boat is about 30' with the outriggers. I'm planning a trip down to Islamorada or Marathon from Miami. Trying to figure out where my options are to run inside/head out or vice versa. Is there any resource online where I can see bridge clearances?

Thank you

He might be able to make it through Adams. I am 32’ with hard top and open array radar. I make it through easily. It seems to be about the same height as Vaca Cut which I also make through with no problem.

MartinMay ... it sounds like you might not know your exact height. before your trip, it would be good to get an accurate measurement from your waterline.

Thanks for the replies, guys. MiamiJay, you're right. I don't know exactly. I'm just about 11'10" to the top of my radar but have no idea what height my outriggers put me at. I just bought the boat about about a month ago. Thanks again for the help

Just run inside to snake creek, you will be fine. Plenty of areas to cross south of there if needed too. If you do run to marathon instead, and the outside is rough, you can run all the way to Vaca cut on the inside. I clear just fine there and I have a hardtop with a radar on a pedestal. I put the outriggers and antenna down, of course

If you use Adam's Cut or Vaca Cut ,MAKE sure you are going to get under as the tides run through there fast and hard. Might be to late to abort if you catch the wrong tide going thru. Saw this the other day at Vaca. Large boat , 30' + CC , came thru rods in holder on T-Top and caught rods as he pasted under, realized the mistake and tried to back out ,got turned around under the bridge and still went under the bridge ,breaking some nice rods at the butts. Daddy will be pissed.

FYI ... I see CC’s with second stations pass through Vaca. Two Conchs runs through all day with outriggers. It got to be at least 12’ of clearance.

I make this run all the time in a 37’ SeaVee. No issues. You can take Hawks the entire way without dealing with any bridges or you can take the inside bay passage and go through Adams. Just lower your riggers.

The OP wrote that he was 30' with the outriggers, so I'm assuming he meant that he needs 30' clearance. If so, Adams cut will not be for him. It has a clearance of about 14'. Unless he can lower the outriggers below that clearance, of course.

Hey Joe. Upon rereading what Martin wrote in his first post, I can see how you take it that way but he cleared it up in the post above. Looks like he is good everywhere except for the TeaTable bridge between upper and lower Mat. Ask me how I know or you can ask the 8’ Shakespeares that I replaced a couple of years ago.
