Default Replacement windows (residential) in Central Florida?

I'm planning to replace most of the single pane windows in my house that was built in 2000 with double pane windows. I'm looking for recommendations for contractors/companies I should talk to (other than Window World, their high pressure sales crap pissed me off when I talked to them 4-5 years ago).

I'm in the Orlando area.

Thanks.

Edit to add: 3 sliding glass doors as well.

I'm in the Orlando area as well (Altamonte Springs) and we recently used F&S Windows to replace a few windows & 3 sliding glass doors. The sales rep we were referred to from a friend was Frank Massina who was very laid back and no high pressure at all. We had looked at a few and they seemed to be the best cost wise for a great product. Here is his contact info if you want it:

Some of those companies are ridiculous. A friend of mine had a couple quotes from window world and similar in the neighborhood of 24-26k for their house. I did it for them for 14k. I believe the window cost was 10k for the same pgt's that the other companies were quoting.

I got the estimate from FAS. 14 PGT vinyl single hung double pane windows (2 with arches). 3 PGT vinyl sliding glass doors (double pane) (60", 72", 96" wide).

$26,300. Ouch.

Try Accurate Window & Door.

We’ve been looking into getting new windows, but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Accurate did have competitive pricing.

Seems like all of the window companies are busy and their prices reflect this.

Subscribed.

Wind pressure rated. I did not think impact rating was required in Seminole county?

I live in Seminole County. I was told by two different window installers that Impact Rated Windows are not required here. I actually pushed one of the installers to give me a price and he did so but thought I was crazy.

IIRC the Wind PRessure was about $24K and the Impact Rated was $42K.
