These yahoos have been seen and reported by many.
It finally came together. Took a while, but way to go FWC
Don't think your efforts fall on deaf ears. Read the article and the tips coming from many lead to this case.

NOAA is gonna have a field day with him. My neighbor made the case and they made it well. Hats off to them as this POS has been doing this for a while.

I started a thread already, they bonded out that day, are they are already back at it?

If they bonded out as said and are back at it I would really like to know how.
Bonded out yes, and back at it I doubt.
If so, I have eyes on them if they return to the area. Remember, they got caught from surveillance and tips.

I even know the creek they were stop netting in.
