Default 36V 72" Minn Kota Terrova - KW 219FS

2 years later and still loving the Key West 219FS so I went back to the experts at Boat and Motor Superstores for some advice on a trolling motor (can't think of another decision in that time span for which I've had no second thoughts). I live on the Manatee River and don't have a trailer so I figured I'd get it done down here but they were happy to pick me up at the Seminole Ramp so off we went. Decided on the Minn Kota Terrova 36V 72" as it was strong enough to get the job done and long enough to do it in the chop. Dakota (service manager) suggested the Ulterra but the only concerns I'd read about these motors was the auto deploy so we went with the manual.

A few days later the install was complete but they were waiting on a part that got hung up in shipping for the false floor, and I was getting paranoid with everything shutting down, so I bailed early and got it back about a week ago.

Had the opportunity to test it out around Longboat Pass and can see that I'm going to love that spot lock! They did a great job and were able to maintain access to the anchor locker with the motor attached, it doesn't affect forward seating, hide the connection in the anchor locker and keep a forward cleat.

Great folks who sell and service quality products and stand behind their work! They will pick you up at the ramp and have certified mechanics for Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki and of course... the Great White Buffalo Honda!

Doubt it. My 84” Rhodan w/ 3 northstar batteries / charger didn’t cost that much.
