Yep, made the decision last week whether we wanted to leave it on the lift for play, or put it on the hard for projects.
Projects won out.

Where did you hear this?

Not that I am doubting you. If they left the ramps open in Martin, and the rest of South FL's were closed, it would be a nightmare here.

Smart move opening them back up Sunday pm. Stop all the vermin from down south ruining our resources just for a couple hours at our sandbar.

As long as they open it back up sunday pm I'm ok with it. Good way to keep the sandbar crowd handled

I can confirm closure and st Lucie county ramps are next if people don't start acting smarter. All will depend on the response Saturday.

It’s a shame they have to force people to be safe and follow simple rules

Should keep sandsprit open Saturday and run a multi-agency dui checkpoint on the way out.

It’s always the dipshits that ruin it for everyone else. The behavior of some “boaters” is flat out disgusting

Just drove by 5 minutes ago. The ramps had a few boats, but the point was full.

Launched from Sandsprit about an hour ago and hanging out the sandbar with the wife and kids. Enjoying it while we can as I fear that they may be shut down by the weekend.

Because it keeps everyone from 100 miles coming here to congerate. People won’t follow the rules
