Default Marathon gulf side

We just got told our vacation rental on Vaca cut, that we booked in May is not going to be available. Due to delayed construction. WTF. Question is. How is the Saragossa grass or whatever kind it is on the gulf side this year? There is a house that’s available with a short dock that fits our needs. The satellite pictures show grass all the way to the end of it. Our dates are 11/20-11/30.House in question is on Gulfstream Blvd

I live 100' off gulfstream. No grass there today and we just had a good NE blow. Bigger question is dockage....you do not want to leave a boat at a short dock if it is blowing hard north.
I would call Jane at 410-320-6351 to see if her place in KCB is available. Nice canal with dockage.

Thanks for the input guy’s . The dock has pilings that I should be able to secure the boat appropriately.

No grass at my place on Vaca cut. See island breeze rentals for my 3br 3 bath on the cut, this will show location. Those google maps are real old showing that nasty grass...

Default seas the day

Good catch Farout (Seas the day). I like the flowing water of the cut with gulf and ocean access. I'm also going to get a lift soon to stay out of current eventhough it's generally not that bad. Really good fishing off the T dock too. Since I am new to the keys, there sure seems like there are so many ways to fish there. I know a few and appreciate the tips from everyone else regarding all that i don't know.
