Exclamation Pompano LHP Nautical Flea Market in Jan

Is this event any good for selling used stuff? Just wanted to check here before getting a vendor space..
Would be selling used electronics and also have several boxes of brand new odds and ends in retail packaging (mostly Yamaha and Quicksilver/Mercury)

Some people say its way better than Dania market, which I have seen slowly decline, but I am afraid it will be another event full of fishing apparel vendors?

Change my mind

Lots of used stuff, it's more like Dania used to be. The ratio of used marine sellers to crap sellers is very good.

Default Flea market

Smaller and with more used MARINE stuff than most. Seams that a lot of shops clean out their shop of old parts, props, lines, fenders and such. Alot of returning venders and plenty of fishing gear new and used. Got several clothing venders as well as nautical antiques. Get a booth ,you'll be back next year. See yea there , even thou I don' t own a boat anymore.

OP.... You won’t be disappointed. This event is very well attended. It is hard to find a parking spot. There is an excellent hodgepodge of everything boating..... new and used. With some unique used stuff. I already have a pretty good size shopping list, for the January event. There was one guy selling close-out ball caps for a $1.50 apiece, which is borderline on free! I bought 5.

It's the best of that sort of venue in the area.

Out of curiosity why a venue like this as opposed to online selling? I really like the Flea Market just asking.

As a vendor at both, pompano outproduced Dania 3 to 1.

I actually thought last year's Dania flea market was an improvement over past years - I said hoping it continues to get better.

Is there a website or more info on the Pompano one? I am not familiar with it.

Yes Pompano LHP Marine Flea Market is a great event. Interesting mix between new/used vendors plus lots of marine art. What sets is apart is the venue in the park. They sold out last year, so don't wait to reserve your spot. The biggest pain for the vendor is setup day on Friday which can be a bit chaotic and then tear down on Sunday at 3PM. One of the perks of being a vendor is that you get in early before official open on Saturday so you get first look and can even sometimes get early access to stuff on Friday.

I've been a vendor at the Pompano/LHP flea market for the past 3 years. It's well worth the cost and time.
I won't be there this year due to other interests, but I might stop by to see if there isn't something I can't live without!

Get your space ASAP!

Thanks, I hadn't heard of this one. I have been to Dania, and it was ok.
