Default Boating accident Stuart?

Word is that there was a boat accident around the Sandsprit/Sewalls point area last night @8. Anyone have any info about boat involved? We were at the sandbar yesterday evening and passed the exact area about an hour prior. Sad and scary. Prayers sent if what I heard is true regarding passengers.

Drove by Sandsprit at around 9 and it was loaded with police, EMT, and Fire. Read just a few minutes ago that two people have died, but no further details available other than it was a single boat involved and not a collision with another vessel.

Really wonder why there is so much secrecy about who it is. No one reporting on it and everyone in Stuart on Facebook wonít say it either.

i canít imagine notifications havenít been made

I dont think it as much as about secrecy, but out of respect to those dealing with their loss at this time. I did hear there was a child involved but not confirmed.

Both ejected.....?
Damn, go slow if close to shallow waters or piers/docks.
Not rocket science folks and nobody deserves to die on a pleasure boat in good weather.

I'm gonna say too soon. Let's take a sec and let some here grieve for the lost before we educate some to safe boating practices.
