Default New to Jacksonville area, need advice

I recently relocated to the Jacksonville area from Seattle, bought a Bayliner 190 deck boat with a mercury 150 four cycle outboard, and have it in a high and dry marina in Jacksonville. I'm seeking idea's as to where to visit, places folks meet and raff-up, hang-out, swim, wakeboard? It would be great to meet up with any other members on the forum. General information about the area.

Visit: St Augustine, Palatka & Lake George, Fernandina, Cumberland Island (check status of docks at last two)

Raft up: Ft George (Jax), Bird island & Nassau sound (jax), Sand bar south of hospital creek (st aug), salt run (st aug), matanzas (s of st aug)

No idea on wakeboarding, ICWW is always so busy it seems like a bad idea to me. I’d guess you could get south of downtown on the river and find a place to do it.
