Default Abandoned? Sailboat at boca ramp

Been there and hasn't moved in over a month. Anyone know what's going on with this?

Good to know. Figured it would be taken care of before the holiday weekend as it gets quite busy there but it's still in the same spot it was weeks ago. I had heard during the storms we had a couple weeks ago the windows blew out of that sailboat on one side. They had a pump running to get water out, but the sailboat is now clearly resting on the bottom. We often run out of space to tie up at that ramp, and end up having to circle a few times... that sailboat sure isn't helping matters. Then again the Tow boat captains usually sit in that spot where the sailboat is anyways.

I don’t see seatow fighting over salvage rights. Must not be worth much.

No "salvage rights" in FL. Nobody is going to "salvage" that boat unless they are paid to remove it by somebody anyway.

Abandoned sailboats are a problem everywhere. The essentially have no value and little demand. Be prepared for many more in the future.
