Default St. Augustine Area - fishing guide?

Hey fellas,
A few buddies and I are going to be in St Augustine the weekend of June 8 and are looking to do some fishing. If anyone has familiarity with the region and any good captains, I would appreciate your recommendations.
thanks!

Are you looking for inshore or offshore? Private charter or head boat? For a private charter offshore I'd go with Endless Summer charters. Capt Billy is one of the best around and you'll have a great time fishing with him.
The local party boat down there is the Sea Love.

Jodie Lynn or J hook, for offshore. Capt. Kevin Favor for inshore. Both are good clean operations that catch plenty of fish.

SeaPro, Great question. Our intent would be to book a charter with the intent of fishing near shore on the wrecks (weather pending). Or fish inshore if the weather isn’t cooperative. We are not planning on doing an offshore trip. Thanks!

Kevin Favor sounds like what you’re looking for. He specializes in nearshore (<10 miles), and inshore if the weather closes the ocean.

Kevin is fun to be on the boat with also. He is adaptable and will find something to pull back.
