Enngh, it's like saying the F225 hurt Yamaha.
There are so many of them out there, there is bound to be a mishap now and then.

No shit there is going to be a mishap like this now and again... Wasn't my point. When any company has highly visible accidents that result in fear and death, it hurts their stock for a period of time. Boeing has been around a long time, and has made a great many great products. In the long term, they will weather this storm well.

Your F225 analogy is poor. No one died in a ball of fire, or by impacting the Earth at 250MPH, with the F225 issue.

Pilot error, not manufacturing defect.

Weather was pretty bad last night in Jax, heavy lighting and rain around that time. Iíd guess the cause turns out to be some mix of pilot error & weather.

Article says Jacksonville International and I couldn't figure out what water they could have gotten into. It wasn't JIA, it was NAS Jax and there is a good bit of room beyond the end of the runway before any water. Good news, no fatalities.

Exactly.
I was commenting on this accident, not the others.

"Possible" lightning strike at time of landing and anti-skid malfunctioned so plane just slid on the landing ". That's the current info I heard. It's a great charter company with great reputation and ownership

My wife is an ER doctor at baptist downtown. My neighbor is an ER doctor at St. Vincents downtown. Both got a mass casualties trauma alert text at 930pm on Saturday night. Before any accident victims were even removed from the plane, the trauma support team all ready had 40 patients allocated to each of the above hospitals and 40 allocated to Shan's. All three hospitals had their trauma teams activated to respond. No injuries at all except some sprains/ strains/ whiplash. God is good.
If a plane was to go down or a mass casualty event occur, Jacksonville's medical network is awesome and ready to respond.
