I am selling my Fish Winch Electric Motor with the original unused adapter for
Penn 114H, 114HL,114HSP,114HLW
und my selfmade adapter for a Shimano Tiagra 50 and 50W.
You can use the Tiagra without altering anything. Simply slide the adapter on the reel using the harness eyes and the reel seat eye and secure with the added pin.
You can even switch from high speed to low. You only have to stop winding while shifting.
To remove the motor with adapter - pull the pin, slide the drive off the reel and start hand cranking.
Very simple.
BTW: the adapter is made of solid fiberglass and carbon fiber.
I caught my first Swordfish with this drive.
That said, high speed gear on the reel should only be used to retrieve line,lead,bait or for deep dropping.
A FishWinch drive new is about $300.
I want $200 for the motor with both adapters.
The reels are for demonstration purpose only. They are NOT included.
