I don't know if this is the right place to put this, if its not mods please move for me.

Well, both of my boys, age 3 and 1 were diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder. My wife and I decided to move back to Broward and put them in schools specifically designed for autistic children.

I'm going to be renting my house down here. It's a great location. Boat ramp 0.6 mi, Publix 6 minutes, rec 90 land fuel station 1.2 mi quick ride to Vaca cut and 7 mile bridge. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

EDIT-Removed all old pictures, see website for current pictures! 10/2/18

That is a beautiful place you have there. As a long-time parent of children with special needs, I wish you my very best taking care of your boys, and raising them right. I know the importance of getting a good school, and we've moved for the right school, ourselves. Good luck with your move, with your boys, and with all that life throws your way.

Pm me some details (price, minimum day requirements, etc.) We head down every year with another two couples and have been looking for a house to rent.

Do you plan to keep the house for the long term? We will be looking for an annual lease in the keys in a year or so.

Thanks for the responses, yes I plan on keeping this place until I die, been coming to this house since I was 10 so I'm trying to keep it in the family. We will see how the vacation rentals go, I still want to be able to come down when it's not being rented. I have no idea what will happen in a year though.

Last spring I rented the blue/green roofed 3-story house that you can see from your dock. Great open but sheltered area and very good location. And the boat ramp nearby is awesome and from what I can tell doesn't get used much. Unfortunately I never got to see the lagoon that glassy.

Yea it's not always like that, it was again this morning, but I have to work so I just get to look at it lol. I love flying my r/c seaplane in the backyard when it's calm.

My boat is 52' and draws 4'8". Any problem with depth getting to property?

The neighborhood is dredged to 10-17 feet, the entrance may be close at low tide. Surrounding water outside the entrance is 1'-8' depending on the area.

There are some larger diesel inboards (36-40') and sailboats in the neighborhood but I assume they watch the tides. I could measure for you at low tide and give you a rough estimate.

My boat drafts 2'8" and I come in and out on plane to be safe at low tide. Even loaded with fuel and people I've never had a problem.

Would appreciate if you could check. Looking at charts, I believe the issue would be the .5 mile transition just outside of development.
