Apologies if this doesn't belong here, if so, please put me in the right direction.

Our family has a 3bedroom 1bath (plus outdoor hot shower) located in Orient Point (About a 10 minute drive from Greenport) that we list on AirBnB. We also have rights to a private beach shared with the HOA. Usually its totally empty. We only rent when not being used, and routinely spent a large portion of our springs/summer/fall in the home, so the home is maintained and well kept and not your typical "rental".

Orient Point Lighthouse to your left, Cross Sound Ferry to New London at the top. Pretty much at the end of the island.

Greenport is at the blue X and Orient Point is at the red X. Its about 10 minutes by car

Bump, nice time of the year for some fishing! Tons of ramps/marinas in the area. 100ft long driveway plenty of room for a trailer.
