Does it come with the top cap cover as well? Are the motor and powerpole covers separate pieces?

Yes "shower cap" for t-top power pole and engine all included. and on the front you can't see it covers troll motor. This cover is pretty lite, breathes good and can even open hatches after cover on to let storage compartments dry out
