I just got mine and these things look to be 1000 times better than the competition. Might order two more and make them into flat line clips.

Gonna put these on soon, but I see they are marked P and S I assume the adjustment screw goes up? I'm pretty sure you could use these for high speed trolling, they have adjustments to that tight.

Actually, thumb screw goes down so you get the maximum range and they open all the way when they release.

Thanks,
Bryan

Hey Frank,

I don't see why they wouldn't work for a center rigger. Let me know if you give it a shot.

Thanks,
Bryan

Used the kite clips today. tips on dialing in the tension with the SS doughnuts?

Been using the R&R rubber bands on gogs. They are super strong and just the right size!

Sorry for the late reply, been a Monday in here... I have a full blown case of 'em.

If you want to dial back the tension a bit, you can file the wedge inside a bit with a nail file or emery board. They are bit stiff out of the box.

Those bands are sweet, I'm surprised we don't sell more of them (or our white ones).

Hi, we are not set-up for walk-ins currently. However, Saltwater Bait & Tackle on the Causeway in AB has most of the same products as we do, along with a deeper selection of terminal tackle and larger plugs, etc.

Thank you,
Bryan

Bryan, I ordered and received my second set today. Thanks for the quick shipping. I noticed that in both sets, the port clip "clicks" down into place and then needs to forced back. This is on the ball rotation of the clip, not the fishing line release mechanism. On both starboard clips, the clip rolls freely on the ball and does not "click" when turned all of the way down.

Has anyone else noticed this? I am not sure if it effects performance. I just found it odd that both sets operated in this manner. I couldn't find any contact information for R and R on their website.

Thanks,

Fred

Hi Fred,

I haven't noticed that, but just now when I took some off the shelf, I've got the same thing going on. Ray, the owner is in town this week and was actually in here yesterday for a minute. Very good company to deal with and I'm sure if there's an issue, it will be resolved quickly.

Thanks,
Bryan
