Took delivery of a 60-100 XR Series yesterday, absolutely beautiful rod. Getting it spooled today in hopes of taking it out next week. If it performs half as good as it looks it will be well worth the money. Very fast shipping as well. Thanks John

Default Kingfish rods

Do you make a light kingfish rod between 15-30 and 20-50? If so I'd be interested in 2-4. Sending a pm!

The closest thing I have to a Kingfish rod is the "white Marlin.
The action of that rod is 15-40 lb carbon fiber e-glass, Length 6' 6" with either an ALPS, or Pack Bay Channel Lock #1 removable aluminum butt. - $215ea (#17 in the catalog) - IN STOCK

Option 2 is the 400 Spiral - 20-40 class 400g jigging - 6' 6", carbon fiber eglass - great for conventional reel jigging, bottom fishing, and live baiting. (#13 in the catalog) - Currently Sold out - Available 20 MAY

Option 3 - XR Fuji 20-50 class - Solid Composite - FUJI HB SIC Ring Guides. This is the bullet proof boat rod. Great for trolling, Live baiting, bottom fishing, and jigging when you have to $170 ea - IN STOCK (#3 in the catalog)

Feel free to give me a call

What do you recommend for a planer rod for center console boat? 80 Penn international reel, swivels large enough for bridle, and rod length long enough to get out around outboards from starboard corner rod holder. Thanks!

Look at he TSX 80 PRO Series rods. This rod is standard with a #4 butt, and that is what you will need as a platform for that 80. With the long bent butt I can do the rods in either a 6' 6" Length or a 7 ft version. The swivel tip if necessary will add $65 to the cost. Please give me a call.
You can see the rods the THT Forum Catalog site - TrollingGear.com.

The Tip Clearance on the TSX 80 Pro is .27 " (HUGE) and all the guides rollers are recessed in the cage (Braid Friendly).
Guides: ALPS RX-H

so what model rods did Texas Rebel get.. his vision of the perfect all around rod is what I’m also looking for.. I’ll be pairing them with Talica 25s and 50s.. up north they’ll be used for trolling yellowfin, bluefin, blues as well as chunking and sharking..
