Default Lots

I have two lots in Bay Tree Landing located 15/20 min north of
Beaufort NC.

Lot 13 is 1.72 acres on Long Creek. It is dockable for a smaller boat
17-22ft.

Lot 26 is 5.44 acres on Long Creek. Also dockable

Your choice 98,500

Long Creek is just off Neuse River and about 5-7 miles
from the Intercoast waterway.

County water and underground utilities in place.
Community dock and ramp are now being built and
should be complete in Feb/March.

Please pm me the addresses so I can look at them via Google Earth. Also, what kind of depths are we talking about at low water? What dock permits are in place, if any? Thanks...

Long Creek average depth is 6-8ft. Dock is being built now
and the average depth 6-8ft. We had a 22ft center console
out there and had no problems gettting in and out to the
Nesue River.

I need to correct something. I stated that the water and power
were in place. The water is in place and the power will be installed in
the next 30/60 days. Thanks Clyde
