How lightly used are you looking for? I have a late '80s Mariner 150. It is hanging on the back of project that turned into more work than I was banking on.

Probably. But def want to make sure i have the replacement lined up first. Engine is a 115 mercury. 1989. Came with the boat. I am the second owner but i do not have any records on the engine other than the powerhead was replaced a couple of years ago. Owner i bought from is my friends father-in-law and only used the boat once a year for the past five years. He is getting older. Does not think he put 100 hours on it since new powerhead. I put about 50 hours on it this summer. Oil injection was disabled. I mix oil right in with the gas. Runs good just does not get my heavy 18.5' cc over 27 mph. want to go a little faster.

NO idea what it is worth. I have not gotten that far...

Rock---
It is at the Plantation, campsite #3, you are welcome to have a look if you would like. The motor started and ran fine when I bought the boat last winter. It needed the tilt and trim replaced, but the guy had the parts and gave them to me as part of the deal. I replaced the trim and tilt and put the motor back on the boat but then when I started tearing into the boat I found some structural damage I didn't see or count on. That is really just the beginning of a long story, but at this point I just want to part the boat out and get rid of it. My number is 540-351-6031, give me a call if you are interested.

Rocksandblues -

I may have one available. It is a 150 Johnson, 1989 model, 25 inch. Waiting to see how a deal I am working on turns out in the next week. Motor is on the boat now, and runs fine. We run anywhere from 25 to 65 miles each time out when fishing for stripers this season, and it has not had a single problem. The vro has been disconnected on it, so I pre-mix the oil and gas.

Let me know if you are still interested.
