Do you know if it would be compatible with a Garmin 160Blue transducer???

Send me a PM if you still have it. Mine just crapped out and I need something to fill the void while I decide on what I want to upgrade to.

Thanks
Matt

originalsin..........xducer from 160blue should work...when I was looking at them they came w/o xducer..same xducer was option for both units..that is a great deal for a 240

I think they will both work...I remember reading a while ago that Garmin was using the philosphy that people are lazy and would rather not install a new transducer if it's not necessary...all they would need to do it plug and go...cutting down on installation time and $...I have the 240, I've purchased it more than once...(included first on with the boat when it was sold...big mistake!)...

Good luck...
