Don't rent them your house. Let them guys from up North who come down here to catch our fish find an expensive hotel.

You do realize these are migratory fish and they come back down the coast from NE?? I guess I'll stop fishing down there since they're YOUR fish.

Any idea on how much he wants? Does it have a slip? A couple of us are thinking of getting a house instead of the hotel this year.

The house is located 2 blocks from the public boat ramp and near the visitors center in MooreHead city. It is a couple miles from the down town Moore head water front. I have been there and it is a nice place. The yard is big enough to fit a 31 contender on a trailer or you could leave the whole rig at the boat ramp parking lot. The owner said he would provide linins and towels. He wants $750 per week. The place sleeps a bunch of people. It does not have a slip but the owner is connected down there and can arrange for one for you.

the Bluefin bite is in December and january. the fish are starting to show up now. They are frequently caught near the beach so often times the run to the fish is not too bad.
